Concert Review - The Merry Wives of Windsor

The first concert I made an appearance at was, The Merry Wives of Windsor. I arrived with poor expectations of what I was about to picture but with hopes of something enjoyable. When I arrived at the Ford Center, I was impress with the overall environ dealst and the audience. The workforce where in sports coats and the women in dogged dresses. It was not too herd with plenty of extremely well-provided seating. Before the curtain was pulled the orchestra unravel slowly for sometime. \nAfter a few moments the large set up was pulled suffer reverting a rather b atomic number 18 present with basic props. It had two simple door frames, one set(p) on apiece billet of the stage used for each scene. At first I had trouble understanding the char recreateers season they were singing but the speak dialogue in-between subtle what was happened. piece of music the characters sang, the orchestras background euphony muffled their voices but on a positive note, the music was extr emely clear. \nThe first act opens with two woman who become discovered that they have both received the same sack out letter. They then begin their intend in hopes to get back at the gentlemen who sent the letters. piece these two woman are conspiring a plan the men of the town come into play. They are all asking the hand of marriage of a unseasoned woman, the woman is in adore with one particular man, musical composition her parents are both rupture between two other men they wish to correspond her offer her hand. \nDuring the opera portions of the play I tried to identify each character. I came to the stopping point that; the character Mrs. Alice Ford, vie by Tara Tanner and the character Anne Page, played by Katherine Edenfield, were both the soprano singers. I also cogitate that; the character, Fenton played by Charles Moore along with the character Slender, played by Kyle Davis were both the tenors.
